FamilyHub shows what's coming up in the next 90 days, including insurance premiums, so you have time to prepare. That could mean making sure there's enough in your bank account for a GIRO premium, or enough cash on hand when a big premium falls due.
If anything happens to you or your family, the spouse or family member you've shared your information with can see where your investments, policies, plans and home items are. It makes a hard time that much simpler.
Property, loans, insurance, investments, savings, cards and the things in your home, kept together instead of scattered across folders, apps and one person's memory.
Export everything whenever you like: an Excel workbook, or a full .zip with your photos and documents. There's also a Word summary of your assets and liabilities. Your information is yours to take with you.
Most households keep this scattered — a folder here, a banking app there, one parent holding the rest in memory. FamilyHub SG replaces that with a single record every member can check, add to, and trust is current.
Add each family member once. Every property, loan, policy and account gets tagged to whoever owns it, so the full picture holds together instead of living in separate accounts nobody else can see.
A year-by-year projection of your household's net worth and cashflow, built from the numbers you've actually entered — not a generic retirement calculator guessing at averages.
Insurance renewals, loan repricing dates, policy reviews — flagged before they become a problem, across every member's records at once. One list, not six things to remember separately.
Photograph what's in your home instead of trying to describe it. A photo of the actual drawer or shelf tells a family member exactly what you mean — no guessing which cabinet, which folder, which box.
FamilyHub SG doesn't ask for your banking credentials, and it isn't built around daily spending categories. It's built around the handful of big things a household actually needs to track together — and to stay accurate, you enter them yourself.
Nothing to link, nothing to revoke later. You control exactly what's recorded.
Records are shared across members by design, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Property, CPF-linked accounts and local insurance policies — not a generic import tool.
Property, loans and policies — the things that actually move your net worth.
This app is built from a personal pain point: too many investments and too much money movement across my parents and I to track from memory. For years, a single spreadsheet held everything — our investments, our home inventory, even health matters — because it was the only place flexible enough to hold a family's worth of scattered information. But a spreadsheet doesn't alert you when a loan is about to reprice, or a fixed deposit is about to mature. FamilyHub SG is the tool I wished I had — one place for everything a family owns, owes, and needs to act on.
This is your family's financial data. It's treated that way.
In Singapore. The main database and your uploaded files are hosted in Singapore with Supabase, and stored in encrypted form. A backup copy is kept for 30 days with Cloudflare, so anything deleted by accident can be recovered.
No. Your data is never sold and never shared with advertisers. It's used for two things only: keeping your information safe and backed up, and finding and fixing problems so the app can improve. The companies that run and monitor the app (Supabase, Cloudflare, and the analytics and error-reporting tools described in the privacy policy) handle limited data on our behalf. Nobody else gets it.
Nothing beyond storing it, backing it up and keeping it secure. Everything is typed in by you and nothing is connected to a bank or financial institution, so I can't tell whether it's accurate, and I have no interest in finding out. You can even use "Me", "Mom" and "Dad" instead of full names. Because the app is run by one person, stored data can technically be accessed to keep it working. The privacy policy explains this.
I'd rather you didn't. As good practice, please don't enter full bank account numbers, credit card numbers or passwords. The name of the bank, or the last 4 digits, is plenty.
Your data is removed from the app straight away, and the last backup copies expire after 30 days, so it's fully gone after 30 days. Backups are what let me restore things that were deleted by accident.
Yes, any time, from Settings. You can download an Excel workbook of everything, or a full .zip that includes your photos and documents. There's also a Word summary of your assets and liabilities, and your home inventory can be downloaded as a CSV file.
